The Rome MED Dialogues 2023 has recently announced the 7th edition of the “Youth Forum” on the 1st November 2023, promoted by ISPI and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation together with UNDP Rome Center, the OECD Training Centre on Public Governance, Youth4Climate, UNIMED –Mediterranean Universities Union– and CMCC Foundation.
The forum, similar to last year, will host a Youth Policy Lab aimed at developing youth-led solutions to the climate crisis in the Mediterranean region. This year’s Youth Policy Lab aims to give young people the opportunity to address directly policymakers and international organizations.
Acknowledging that young generations are pivotal agents in the struggle against climate change, the Policy Lab will bring together 15-20 young talents from countries in the region in order to draft an official document containing proposals and recommendations addressed to the Governments and Institutions of the Mediterranean countries, which will gather in Rome on the occasion of the 2023 Rome MED Dialogues.
Applications are open and will run until the 1st September 2023, more information and instructions can be found at the following link:
