The access to the Consular Office is by appointment only, to be requested by email to the addresses mentioned above. Requests for consular services must therefore be sent by e-mail and not directly to the counter.
For information and clarification by telephone, please contact the Consular Office from Monday to Friday between 12 noon and 1 p.m. at the following numbers: 02 4435622 ext. 112 or ext. 113.
Please note that the Consular Office of the Embassy is only competent for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. For all other Emirates, please contact the Consulate General in Dubai instead.
Consular requests (passports, visas, etc.) addressed to offices other than the Consular Registry will not be considered.

The Visa Office of the Embassy operates through BLS International (Italy Visa Application Centre) which runs the following schedule:
Visa application submission: Mon-Fri 9am – 3pm (by prior appointment)
Passport collection: Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm
