To book an appointment for consular services, kindly use the platform Prenot@mi. The platform will be the only available channels for appointment booking, starting from the following dates:
- CIE already active;
- Italian driving license extension: from February 10, 2025;
- Documents authentication and legalization: from February 17, 2025;
- Passport renewal: from Febraury 18, 2025;
- All other consular services: March 1, 2025.
